Genealogy Bookmarks at the Indian River County Library: Free; you can access this page and the subscriptions WHILE you are at the local library with your own laptop or on one of their dedicated machines. I believe that you need your library card number and the last 4 digits of your phone number as a password to get to this point for your own laptop. These subscription links are then available for you to use while you are in the building. Great for saving information and images for free. However you can only print from their computers, so you will have to choose. Note: Lots of other links further down the page are free and will work from home.

In addition to about 10 computers, 35,000 genealogy books and thousands of other films/fiche, they also have a very sophisticated book scanner to save or print images of books that are not in circulation and not damage them in the process. The resources here are fantastic and it is considered "The Best Small Genealogy Library in the United States".
