AT&T U-Verse
Vista Royale has contracted with AT&T U-verse through their Connected Community Program for TV service throughout the complex. The bulk package is providing TV for a fraction of the cost of a similar packages if you contracted for the service individually. The service includes the U200 channel listing and the equipment rental of a residential gateway, a Total Home DVR (Digital Video Recorder), and up to two additional TV receivers.
Residents can upgrade their TV package to add more channels and additional services like internet or phone. Any upgrades and additional services will be billed directly to the residents.
Our contract does not allow the AT&T service to be put on vacation hold.
The equipment is issued to the resident following a credit check. It is the residents responsibility to return the equipment to AT&T if you sell your unit. It is also the residents responsibility to keep records of your account number, username, password, pin, 3 secret questions and answers.

U-verse also lets you create Favorites lists to help you find your shows more quickly. U-verse has picture-in-picture channel browsing, where the channels of your first favorites lists are displayed with a preview of what is playing. U-verse lets you customize your program guide to hide the channels that you don't subscribe to making the guide much more usable. The U-verse app on your phone or tablet lets you watch TV on the go, and lets you manage your DVR while you are away from home. You can change the way the last channel button works on the remote. You can add the local weather to to the weather channel. There are Multi-view news, sports and kids channels which allow you to watch several news shows, sports shows or kids shows simultaneously. Lets not forget Pay-Per-View and On Demand content.
