Blue Stream Fiber Internet & DirecTV
Vista Royale's HOA has contracted for a bulk internet and TV streaming service for the complex. The expense for this is a fraction of the cost of a similar services if you contracted for the service individually.
The internet is being provided by Blue Stream Fiber. The TV package is being provided by DirecTV.
The fact that they are a bundled for a discounted price does not mean they are associated.
It is the residents responsibility to close their account and return the equipment to DirecTV and Blue Stream if you sell your unit.
It is also the residents responsibility to keep records of your account number, username, password, pin, 3 secret questions and answers associated with their accounts.

The bulk contract includes the rental of an ONT modem and a WiFi Plume. The subscribed internet speed is a blazing fast 1Gbs. Bluestream offers lots of add-ons, including additional speed, extra plumes, VOIP phone service and insurance. Any upgrades and additional services will be billed directly to the residents.
Seasonal residents take note, Blue Stream's voice over IP (VOIP) phone service can be put on hold from 2 to 9 months.

The bulk TV service includes the DirecTV Stream service with the Choice channel lineup, a 20 hour cloud based recording and the equipment rental of up to 3 Gemini Set Top boxes.
Residents can upgrade their TV package to add more channels. Any upgrades and additional services will be billed directly to the residents.
We are part of a Multi-Dwelling-Unit (MDU) DirecTV contract. If you call support numbers that show up on your account page from the DirecTV website you get residential customer support, and they won't know how to handle your call for help. If you dial in to the wrong service center they want your 9 to 11 digit account number. Your MDU account is a 15 digit number.
